  14. Which modem/software are you using?  I have had three different Voice 
  15. modems and all three had ocasional difficulties differentiating between 
  16. voice and fax calls.  Also, they all had a tendency to "hang" during a 
  17. call, leaving the phone "off-hook" all day long.  Have you had problems 
  18. like this?
